How do I use my digital camera’s self timer?
I have a Kodak Easyshare Z7590 camera. It does have a burst function and also a self-timer for 2 or 10 seconds. I don’t understand the two second thing–how could anyone get into the shot in 2 seconds? Also, can I use the burst with the self timer to get more than one shot? Any suggestions? I’m a beginner photographer.
The 2 second delay is not so that you can get in the shot. It is so you can press the shutter and it will not take the picture until you have a chance to get your hand off of the camera. This will minimize camera shake and blurry pictures. This is especially useful if you are using a tripod and/or long exposures.
I have never heard of a camera taking a burst of pictures with the self-timer. One shot’s all you get.
