Digital camera screen is white,nothing will work,Help!?
I bought a brand new digital camera last night in asda(kodak) and I set it up when I came home it was all working perfectly.
I’ve just put it on and the screen is completely white and making a slight buzzing sound,no buttons work on it except the on/off button and the flash.
It hasn’t been dropped,it has been safely stored in my bedside draw overnight.
What could it be?
Is the battery charged, or fresh if a non-rechargable type? If it doesn’t vwork with a good battery, it strikes me that you should take it back to the shop and get them to exchange the camera. Test the new one at the shop.
