Can you use a digital camera on a plane?
I’m flying to Switzerland in June, and was wondering could I use my camera to take photos on the plane? I know you can’t have it turnedon during landing and take off, but what about at other times? And what about a video camera (well a sony bloggie to be exact) can you use them?
Yes they’re fine.
It’s usually only electronic devices that use wireless signals (such as phones, laptops etc) that are banned.
Cameras don’t do this, so are fine to use. I have taken many photos from on board planes.
If you’re still unsure then contact the airline you’ll be flying with for confirmation.
