What is the best quality camera to get which is SMALL (close to pocket size) and gives you manual control of aperture and shutter speed that is available on the market today or will come out soon.
My favorite inexpensive camera with manual controls is the Canon A590is
Not quite pocketable, but it is has some of the best manual exposure controls for a camera in it’s price class.
