Camera Question?
My camera doesn’t want to close the lens i try to take a picture but it doesnt let me and it turns off. did i do something wrong?
The camera is a Canon Powershot SD400 and then it says DIGITAL ELPH
yes i charged the battery and it didn’t work
Pretty much your lens is jammed. It could be as simple as a piece of debris or as bad as a stripped gear or burned out motor. You might inspect the camera for any debris (like a piece of sand) which might be jamming the lens. You might try “helping” the lens back in (at your own risk, I ain’t buyin’ you a new camera). But odds are, your camera is broken.
