I want to view my digital camera screen on my pc screen, how do i go about doing that?
i have a CANON POWERSHOT SD200 and i didnt buy the camera, it was given to me so i dont have the software….i also dont have administrative privileges so if there is any way in the world you could help me i would be so thankful….
The screen of the actual camera doesn’t show up on your computer, but if you have a USB cord, then you can connect that to your computer with the camera, and upload your photos from there. If you have a program such as googles ‘picasa’, which you can easily download off of the internet, you have the option (when the USB and camera is connected), to upload the photos and then edit them.
As you don’t have the software though, you may be able to just buy this cord seperatley. Therefore go down to an electronics or camera store and see what they recommend. I’m not sure how old or new your camera is, but there should be something for it to connect to. good luck!
