My sanyo digital camera will focus but not take the picture..?
i have a vpc-e760
when you push down on the button it goes into focus and turns green like it would right before it takes the picture but if you push down all the way to take the picture it does nothing
i checked there website and was annoyed because i couldn’t find a customer service number..
any idea what i can do?

Another thing that might prevent you form taking the pic is if you are in flash mode and the flash has not fully charged up. Make sure your batteries are new or recharged.
