Digital Cameras ………………need some help!?
I’m looking for an SLR (single lens reflex) digital camera. I need one to take really good pictures and one that has really good zoom. 10x and 15x zoom would be great with a good # of mega pixels. (i think that’s what they’re called)
Which brand should I use? Nicon, Canon, GE, etc.
Which camera specificly from one of those brands?
How much does it cost? If it is over $225, please don’t include it as a suggestion.
Where should I get it? QVC? HSN?
If you can answer ANY of these questions, i would be sooo thankful!
I don’t think GE makes SLR cameras; however Sony, Pentax, and Olympus do. Canon and Nikon are the two most popular brands.
All of these brands are good. Just look for entry level dSLRs that cost around U.S.$500 You cannot get a brand new digital SLR for $225. However you might be able to get a used one (like a canon 10D).
Zoom has to do with the lens (not the camera). You will need to check out the types of lenses you want.
If price is an issue, then just get it wherever it is cheaper.
Although I see a lot of digital SLRs on ebay, I would never get one on there. I would prefer to pay a little more and shop at KEH, Adomrama, or B&H.
