What is the proper aspect ratio for taking a photograph for a Music CD Cover?
Using my digital camera, I’d like to compose a picture for a friend’s band’s CD Cover.
So that I know how better to compose the picture, what do I need to keep in mind about shooting a picture that will end up in a square format, as opposed to the wider aspect ratio of a more conventional photographic print?
If it’s of any value to know this, I’m using a 7.0 MP Canon Powershot G6.
