I don’t want THAT one because it’s a bit pricey. Is there any website where I could be an inexpensive, but workable camera?
Oh, and is it worth it to spend money on a used camera if it’s used? I really wanted a Kodak Easyshare P880 and I can’t seem to be able to buy it online unless it’s been used.
I really like Nikon and Kodak and I’d like to stick to that.

Hi, from my experience, I would never buy a Kodak even if it’s half the price of a Canon, Nikon, or other top brands.
My cousin had a Kodak and hated it.
My mom got a point and shoot Kodak and I hated it.
I took a few indoor shoots in Auto and it came out dark and lifeless when compare to Nikon or a Canon.
I love to help by buying American, but Kodak needs to improve a lot just like GM, Chrysler, and Ford.
They are getting better, but it’s still not there.

There are SLR like camera that you are interested in from top brands like Canon and Nikon.
Fuji is pretty good too, but I stop buying from Fuji ever since my first digital camera from them started to have problems around 1 year old.
I don’t give anybody a second chance when I can give another company a first chance to earn their money.
That’s how you get company to improve or go out of business.
Even since I switched from Fuji to Canon, I have been a happy camper.
I never had a SLR like camera. The closest was a Canon G7 which was fantastic with SLR features and movie mode.
I should never switch to a compact.
Now, I switched from a point and shoot to DSLR which produces faster shutter to capture moments that a regular P&S will miss.
If you are serious about photography or need to capture fast actions like a baby, you need a DSLR.
Regular P&S, even the best are much slower than a DSLR.
That’s why I got the Nikon D90 with HD movie recording.
It’s not as good as the Canon 5D Mark II, but it’s 1/3 the price.
