Digital Camera Memory Card question….?
we have a nikon coolpix l6 digital camera and the memory card we have was broken, the copy write on and off switch was broken off the memory itself. i was wondering what type of memory card to buy or are all memory cards universal with most digital cameras? i need to buy a new one sometime tomorrow and would like an answer as fast as i can get one. thanks to anyone that can help.
You have what is called a SD card. you will have to get an other one. as nothing can be done to fix yours. when you go to get a new one the best brands are lexar and sandisk they are available in different speeds you will not need anything faster than 80x but its OK if u get a 133x. just a side note i would tell you to get two 1gig cards and not one 2 gig card. its always better to have a back up. good luck
