I have a mini digital camera where do i download drivers from?
I got a mini digital key chain Camera thingo and im trying to get the pics off it from years ago and it keeps coming up with Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) I don’t have the CD that came with it anymore where do i download the drivers ? the camera has no brand name just says mini digital Camera it looks like this one http://www.newtonsuniverse.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1812
That is why most people download the images to their computer at the end of the day that they took them, and then make a backup copy.
Drivers for devices like that are proprietary. Without knowing the manufacturers name, it is highly unlikely that you will find any drivers that will work with that camera.
Call me a “pack rat”, but I have a file box that contains the CDs/disks from every device I own(ed). As soon as I get the need software loaded on the computer, the CD/disk(s) goes straight into that box. I was debating “computer stuff” with a friend and I was able to find a DOS 3/Windows 2.0 driver disk for a 8.5″ floppy disk drive.
