I can afford all of them, but I want the most reasonable one to buy.
Well, I can only speak to the Coolpix s220, I own it, and I love it, no regrets. I got it with a package deal at Best Buy, so it came with a camera case, memory card, and an extra battery so it was a little more expensive than what you have listed, but still, very worth it.
It’s been good indoor and outdoor for me, and the battery life is incredible, it went almost a month before it was low battery. I totally recommend it.
