I need help with my pixel camera? ?
Okay, well my grandma brought some Christmas presents today. WE got to open them and I got this Hannah Montana pixel camera and when I try to upload pictures it just says ‘windows still need to install driver software for your USB Digital still camera’ and I didn’t get a disk with it but all I got was the camera, the thing that helps you upload your pictures, and a white cord. Can you help me here? I’m so confused and don’t say I’m dumb and an idiot or that Hannah Montana sucks; just tell me what to do if you know even if your a 16 year old that hates Hannah Montana
What operating system is on your computer? If its Windows ’98 then you need to install USB drivers.
If its Vista it will cure itself if it has a connection to the internet (possibly), it will find the drivers for you. You may have to run the card reader in XP mode. Open Computer and see if the drive is there, if it is then right click on it and go to properties. In one of the tabs there will be a check box to run it as if it was in XP, check the box making sure all other boxes are unchecked. Then it should work.
