Hello. I have a digital camera and no software disk?
My camera is a DXG-305V and I don’t have the disk that came with it. I went to the website and downloaded the driver but when I plug in the camera my computer still doesn’t recognize it. Can someone please help me?
You can avoid a lot of grief buy using a card reader … either one that you have on your computer or by buying a USB card reader (about $10) and leave the camera out of the loop.
If you are looking for the “free” software that should have been with your camera, any will do.
