What new SONY or relatively new SONY camera do you recommend?

I would like to get a new SONY for one reason. I already have the memory cards.
I would prefer an SLR camera. SONY only takes Memory Stick Pro Duo. I want something with a high ISO so that my pictures don’t blur. I don’t need the best in the world. I don’t want to spend more than $400. I don’t care if it’s used. I just don’t want anymore blurry pictures.
2nd Feature: I like to take film footage. But with the SONY I have, you cannot zoom in and out while you are taking video. Only before you take the video can you do any zoom.
