in the same budget is it worth buying super zoom digital cameras then buying DSLR camera and not upgrading?
is it better to go for better zoom capability of Digital camera then getting stuck up with the single lens of Digital SLR camera by not buying lenses further….
It’s what you can’t see that’s holding back a super zoom, it’s the teeny, tiny image sensor. It might have 10 or 12 megapixels like a dSLR but the image sensor is the smallest you can find to get the extra zoom. If you have the money to spend 400-500 on a super zoom, just get a dSLR. the image quality on a super or megazoom is no better than a 150 dollar compact, it just has more reach and features in a wannabe dSLR body.
