how do i get my 5.1 digital video camera to start working?
Hi, Wendy,
Please provide WAY more information! What make and model of video camera are you using? Is it just not working? Why not? How “not?” (What isn’t it doing that you’d like it to do?)
Generically speaking, do the following:
1. Charge the batteries of the camera.
2. Turn the device on, and put it into Camera Mode if such a mode differentiation exists.
3. Insert media into the camera if necessary. (ie: Video Tape, DVD, Media Card, etc…)
4. Press the Tally button (usually on the right-hand side of the camera. It starts the camera recording.)
5. Shoot your “scene.”
6. Press the Tally button again (to end the camera recording.)
7. Repeat steps 4-7 until you have recorded what you want to capture.
8. Either offload the media onto your computer for editing, or connect your camera to the TV to watch what you recorded.
