If I Buy a Laptop or a digital camera at a Pawn Shop, Will They Let Me Turn It On First, To See If It Works?
A good pawn shop will allow you to turn things on and use them to make sure they work. For the digital camera, you might want to see if it comes with a digital card and see if it writes to the digital card. I’ve heard about cameras that will take the picture to it’s memory but would no longer write to a card.
If they don’t allow you to turn it on and play with it, there’s a reason and you shouldn’t purchase from them!
