is optical zoom better than digital on a camera?
i don’t know much about cameras but i would like to know about optical and digital zoom.
i just wondered which it is that makes the picture good quality?
a while ago i bought a 13 megapixel camera so i thought it would be good.. however it only had 4x optical zoom and 5x digital zoom and it’s not very good..
i would like to know if a 12 megapixel camera with 12x optical zoom and 5.7x digital zoom is good or just ok?
Yes. Optical zoom uses the lenses. Digital zoom increase the pixel size and reduces image clarity. Digital zoom should be disabled as soon as you get a camera or camcorder. Digital zoom is useless.
