How do I transfer photos off my camera to e mail out?
I need to send some piccies to a friend that I took using my digital camera. Can I use U Lead Photo explorer, or Adobe Photo shop?
I have the leads, but I do not have the knowledge
Each camera will be different. In many cases, you can simply plug the camera into the PC by USB cable and the camera’s pictures will download to the PC using a dialogue box. (The camera may need to have power turned on and be in a certain setting. My camera must be on and turned to the “View pics” setting) You also may be able to simply remove the Compact Flash or SD card (if your camera uses that type of media) and plug it in a slot on your computer (if your PC has those slots).
If you’re not as lucky as the above, you’ll probably have to load some sort of software that came with the camera. I’d get out the documentation and start reading if neither of the above work.
