Removing scratches and spots from a digital camera’s LCD screen?
I bought a few used but in-otherwise-good-shape digital cameras, for the specific feature that the camera models purchased were “left-handed” (very rare to find leftie cameras anywhere), but the camera maker was not making any more new ones (and so I had to buy “used” instead of “new”).
The only issue is, the previous owners left some very noticeable scratches on the digital cameras’ LCD screens. Is there any way I can somehow remove these scratches, and/or make the LCD screens “look new again”, instead of just “scratched”? Or, barring that, can the LCD screens themselves be replaced with new, un-scratched ones?
(Also: one of the used digital cameras bought doesn’t have appear to have scratches on the LCD screen, but it does have a few tiny “spots” (?), that also remain noticeable when switched on to camera mode. Is it possible that these “spots” may be just dust, on the “inside” on the LCD screen? Is there any way to get rid of these, as well?)

Only way is to replace the screen but it might not be worth the expense. I suggest you buy screen protector film and that might camouflage or hide the scratches.
