How do I download viedos from my JVC Digital Viedo camera to my PC?
I got a viedo camera yesterday and the saleswoman told me I would be able to plug in a cord to my JVC Digital Viedo Camera GR-D796U Mini DV NTSC and my PC and I would be able to download the viedos onto my computer to put onto a DVD Disc. Thats not working so I’m trying to figure out how to put it on a DVD Disc. Do I need to buy something else to download it to a DVD?

Install the software. Your camera has to connected to your computer via a firewire connection. If your computer did not come with a wirewire connection, you can buy a firewire card and install it in your computer. The firewire cord did not come with your camera, it will have to be purchased separately.
