Plug adapter for uk and pakistan, help!?

Hi, i have couple of questions regarding about plug adapters on these appliances;
1) HP laptop ( 100-240 V) (by the way all these appliances are from usa )
2) digital camera (100-240 V )
3) phone; motorola V3m …(100-240 V)
aparently they all the same voltage. please tell me what kind of adapter do i need in order to use these appliances in the uk and pakistan..?
grounded or non groundd plug adaptes…
what exacly do i need to purchase.. know website?..
