these all have at least 9 megapixel and 10 zoom!
Do this. Look for a p&s camera that has at least a 4x optical zoom and a sensor that has at least a 7 mp sensor. This should narrow down your list to a more manageable number … After that, your choice will have more to do with the features on each camera in your second list than anything else
