Question about ordering on Amazon about manufactuer product mixed with other accessories?

As you see, it has a few addons, like tripod, cleaning kit, SD card, etc. It says by Sony under the name of the item and other things added, and there is another one without the tripod and a few other things, same price, and just the camera from Sony, same price. Is this safe to order?
