Which is the best cheap digital camera?
I am looking for a digital camera, preferably new, for around £40 (£55 maximum) which takes good quality photos. very importantly I don’t want a camera you put batterys in, I can’t remember what it’s called but I want one which you plug in to recharge. Thank you for your help!

The canon rebel xsi is a good quality camera with everything you are looking. 12.2 megapix so thats extreme high quality pics.
