Best compact point and shoot digital camera in terms of image quality?
I’m trying to find the best camera to get my mom for her birthday- she’s just a regular person who wants to take pictures of friends and family. I have a canon powershot SD630 digital elf and I am pretty well satisfied with the image quality, but apparently a lot has changed since the last time I got a camera- quality and features cost a lot less. So I’m wondering what’s the latest and greatest in terms of image quality. Extra features are a but my mom will need somthing that’s not difficult to use. I’m not looking to go cheap on my mom and I would be happy spend around $300 but prices have dropped so much and I’m worried about getting somthing that could be overkill.
My sister has another canon powershot digital efl and she’s very happy with it. Should I stick with canon?
Will there be any trouble uploading 14.1 megapixel pictures to the internet, facebook ect…?
