How do I turn off the white balance feature on my Canon Powershot a95?
I’m doing an expirement, and I need to turn off the white balance feature of my digital camera, so it captures the image exactly as it sees it, without any adjustments. How do I?
I have not seen a way to turn White Balance “off”.
Perhaps the closest thing would be to use the Daylight setting. In most cameras, Daylight is considered the “standard” lighting, and the other settings adjust the image to get back to “standard”.
Take some test shots using Daylight in other circumstances, then see if your pic looks like the circumstance rather than what it would look like in daylight.
