Digital Camera Memory Cards?
i am going on vacation in february and am taking my new Canon 8 MP PowerShot A720 IS Digital Camera w/ 6x Optical Zoom, Image Stabilization & Face Detection, i was wondering if anyone knew how many pictures a 2GB memory card of any brand would hold, like how many pictures can i take on one 2GB card? i appreciate any info! Thanks!
I have a cannon and a 2GB card. It seems like you can take endless pictures on it and I’m a picture fan!! Roughly, about 500 to be exact. Also, it allows for great video space if you choose to do it that way. I went to a concert and taped 3 full songs on my 2 GB card and still had PLENTY of room for pictures. However, it does depend on the resolution you choose. I always choose the best one offered to ensure great pictures. The less resolution you choose the more picture space you will have.
