How do i add pictures from a digital camera and add them to a computer without a cd?
i have a canon powershot A40 and i have the usb cable for it i cant seem to find the cd to dowload the sofware, i tried to download it from the internet but that doesnt work, can you guys please help me?
Your computer should see your camera as an external drive. Once it does, just select all of the images and copy them to your computer. You may want to make a file folder for those photos so you can find them on the computer once they are moved.
The software that comes with cameras as a rule are photo programs for editing the images after they are on the computer. Not necessary for moving images from the camera to the computer.
