Taking action photos…..?
I have a digital camera – a Canon Powershot S2 IS. There is no action mode on this camera – you know, the little running man figure. How can I take better action pictures? My son’s football pictures are all blurry! It has manual settings for everything, but I have no idea what to set anything on for better pictures. Thanks!
If you can set in on manual, you are in luck. Set the shuter speed for 1/250. It should be fast enough for any daytime action. Try it with cars passing by, you’ll see them freeze. As for f/stop (aperture) . . . play around with it and see since you have digital.
