It can zoom until 5x so we can really shoot the detail of the object that we record. This Canon has shooting and recording modes including RAW + JPEG. This RAW mode gives you clearer images and complete creative control in editing. The best of this camera is 5x Optical Zoom with Optical Image Stabilizer, plus a 28mm Wide-Angle Lens. With this 5x optical zoom, we can get zoom the image and also this camera also has Optical Image Stabilizer Technology that keeps images steady and blur-free all through the zoom range. There are some other excellences; however I can’t explain everything here.
