As one of the people who has acquired and use Canon SX130, i really like shoot everything with this camera. I can say this is my greatest purchased on 2011. It’s because this SX130is has all functions that I want, such as:
- 12x wide-angle optical zoom with Optical Image Stabilizer. I can zoom out, zoom in fast with solid and crystal clear images.
- Fisheye Effect. I love this effect, it’s exiting to shoot images with this effect. Try it by yourself and check the funny effect!
- Advanced Smart AUTO selects from 28 predefined capturing situations. I can certainly capture images with great quality!
- Powerful DIGIC 4 Image Processor with 12.1 megapixels. 12.1 Megapixels of resolution gives your photography matchless detail and assures that any sections of any shot can be enlarged and cropped with no loss in quality!
Once finally obtaining some Rayovac recharcable NiMH batteries, I can lastly say that this digital camera is well worth the money. If you use regular AA (nonrechargeable) batteries, it will blow through them like insane, so I learned the hard method. But the NiMH last more, much longer, plus are rechargeable. If you plan on ordering this camera, I would highly suggest also buying the batteries- it is well worth the extra money. Overall Canon SX130is is a very recommended Digital Camera.
