What’s the best digital camera under $200 for a beginner?

I love taking pictures and sometimes I get lucky and I get a really great one, but the picture quality always sucks cause I’m using a horrible 3.1 mega pixel camera. What’s the best camera (not too complicated) out there for a beginner like me, under $200? I like to take nature and landscape photos so I want one that’s going to take nice, sharp pictures. Thanks!
Casio Exlim EX-Z75. Hands down. Awesome camera, sleek design, great pictures, 7.2 MP. I own one. It is great and has multiple settings for multiple picture types that are very easy to switch between. In fact, all Casio Exlim series cameras are great buys.
