Nikon D60, any day! I have one (I bought it for just shy of $500) and couldn’t be happier. The ‘Black Gold’ edition comes with gold-plated accents. The ‘D60′ icon and the shutter release button, along with the mode-dial and neck-strap hooks, are plated with gold. It’s a nice touch, and one that will draw some eyes, but it’s not really necessary, in my own opinion. I’d go with Nikon, the D60 made me a Nikon fan for life!
